VHB adds and promotes seven staff members in its Long Island office

VHB has added and promoted seven staff members in its Long Island office. VHB hired four new staff members to strengthen the firm's transportation, planning, and environmental capabilities. Angelo Laino, PE, is a project engineer with experience in all aspects of site development from planning through construction. Anthony Stancanelli is a project manager for engineering work on a wide variety of real estate projects. Jennifer Viscardi, a recent graduate of Hofstra University, joined VHB as a traffic engineer. Raymond Marino, experienced in both lab and field work, has joined VHB's environmental group as a project scientist. Daniel Winkelman, PE, has been promoted to senior project manager in the transportation group which strengthens VHB's transportation department and reflects his accomplishments on Long Island design projects for clients including Stony Brook University, North Shore LIJ Health System, and the Huntington YMCA. David Wortman is now a senior project manager/ task leader in the environmental planning division. His promotion expands their leadership capability in managing New York's State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) process for school districts, hospitals, and libraries. Bryan Murty has been promoted to project manager in VHB's oil and hazardous materials group to expand his leadership in managing Phase I and Phase II investigations. VHB is a planning, design, transportation, land development and environmental firm with five offices in New York and New Jersey. "These additions and promotions to our Long Island staff fulfill a commitment to our clients to provide more expertise and deeper resources to serve them even better. The firm's New York operation, VHB Engineering, Surveying, and Landscape Architecture, P.C. is affiliated with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., an 850 person firm with 21 offices throughout the east coast.
