Brooklyn, NY The retail sales team specializing in the sale of taxpayer properties at CPEX Real Estate has arranged the sale of 2356 Nostrand Ave. in the Midwood section.
This single-story retail building is located on the east side of Nostrand Ave. between Aves. I and J, two blocks south of Brooklyn College and the Flatbush Nostrand Junction.
The 4,200 s/f building sold for $2.3 million to a local investor. The property also featured 8,400 s/f of additional air rights.
The retail sales team of Dimitri Venekas and Timothy King represented the seller and procured the purchaser.
“The outstanding location of this asset enabled us to achieve a premium price of $548 per s/f. This figure is higher than the borough wide average for all taxpayers sold in Brooklyn last year” said Venekas.
