Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has retained the exclusive listing for Kent Arms Apartments, an 79-unit multifamily building in Briarwood, in a residential section of the Jamaica area. Located at 85-02 139th St., at 139th and Manton Sts., the 92,000 s/f property also has two commercial spaces, one is vacant and the other is leased until 2011.
Peter Vassiliou, a senior associate in the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap, and John Stewart, an investment specialist also in the firm's Manhattan office, are representing the seller, Kent Properties Co.
