Nancy VanIseghem of NorthMarq Capital, Inc.'s upstate New York regional office, arranged first mortgage financing of $2.45 million for Inn on Broadway.
The subject property includes a 23-room boutique hotel located in the central business district. The property also includes Tournedos Steakhouse, which has quickly achieved status as one of the area's finest dining establishments, providing outstanding food and service in an intimate atmosphere.
Financing for the borrower was arranged by NorthMarq through its relationship with Canandaigua National Bank.
