Vanguard-Fine secures 2,917 s/f lease, closes three sales totaling $3.275 million

Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine LLC has handled the following transactions:

Steven Lerner, Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, and Joe Clark of Clark Realty, LLC brokered the sale of 1652-1656 Central Ave., in Colonie, between RoJoLo Partners and 1650-1660 Central Ave. Associates, LLC. The sale price was $1.525 million. This property was part of a 1031 exchange.

Feinman and Brownell brokered a five-year lease between Original Hoffman Carpet Clean, LLC and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 2,917 s/f office/warehouse is located at 14 Jupiter Ln.

Feinman, Lerner and Brownell brokered the sale of 1623 Central Ave. between Vartan Jerian Jr. / John Jerian and Justin Heller. The sale price was $450,000. This property will be used to expand the H&V Collision Center.

Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine, with Feinman and Brownell, brokered the sale of 530 Rte. 67 in Malta between Amiri, LLC and Compromise at Noon, LLC. The sale price was $1.3 million. This property will be used for a new hotel.
