Vanguard-Fine LLC brokers three leases totaling 11,153 s/f
According to Vanguard-Fine, LLC, it has completed the following three leases, totaling 11,153 s/f:
Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine brokered a seven-year lease between The Windsor Cos. and Sleepy's, LLC. The 7,500 s/f store is located at One Southside Dr.
Kenneth Brownell, Barry Feinman and Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine, brokered a five-year lease between Wolf Road Park II, LLC and Bella Hair Salon, LLC. The 1,550 s/f salon is located at Wolf Road Shopper's Park in Colonie, N.Y.
Lerner brokered a five-year lease between Hao Yang and First Columbia. The 2,103 s/f frozen yogurt and tea café is located at Newberry Plaza, Colonie.
