The 1,550 s/f salon is located at Wolf Road Shopper's Park in Colonie, N.Y. Lerner brokered a five-year lease between Hao Yang and First Columbia. The 2,103 s/f frozen yogurt and tea café is located at Newberry Plaza, Colonie.
