Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC completed the following leases totaling 50,932 s/f and sales totaling $610,000. • David Welcome of Vanguard-Fine brokered a three- year lease between Corey Betz and Central Estate Properties. The 1,500 s/f computer business is located at 1720 Central Ave., Albany. • Christopher Farrell of Vanguard-Fine, along with Louise Giuliano and Jack Zheng of Brokers Network brokered a 10-year lease between Pink Lady Beauty Salon, Inc. and Friends Realty Associates, LLC. The 2,505 s/f salon is located at 216 Quaker Rd., Queensbury. • Farrell brokered a 2,500 s/f, five-year lease between Junk King and Clark Industrial Park. The business is located at 4 Fritz Blvd., Section 4, Colonie. • Farrell, Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, along with Rick Recckio of Recckio Real Estate and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered a five-year lease between Blue Wirelessco, LLC and Southside Station, Inc. The 974 s/f store is located in Southside Plaza in Jamestown. • Feinman and Brownell brokered a five-year lease renewal between Dollar Tree and Mountain Pacific, LLC . The 12,895 s/f store is located in Mountain Mall, Monticello. • Paul Bulmer, Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, along with Peter VanBortel and Bruce Ginsburg of Ikon Realty Group,  brokered a five-year lease between Fx3 and J&T Tsai, Inc. The 2,434 s/f store is located at 682 Glen St., Queensbury. • Bulmer, Feinman and Brownell, along with Michael Crisafulli of Crisafulli Associates, LLC brokered a 10-year lease between Fun and Fitness, LLC (Sky Zone) and Two Girls & A Guy 2, LLC. The 25,000 s/f gym is located at 50 Simmons Ln., Menands. • Welcome, Feinman and Brownell brokered a five-year lease between Pacific Granite and Marble Company and Village Square, LLC. The 1,987 s/f store is located at Village Sq., 1770 Central Ave., Albany. • Welcome, Feinman and Brownell, along with Crisafulli of Crisafulli Associates brokered a three-year lease between Stage2Planning and Shaker Road Development LLC. The 1,137 s/f office is located at 930 Albany Shaker Rd., Albany. • Steven Lerner, Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, along with Kyle Ruckert at CBRE, brokered the sale of 277 New Scotland Ave., Albany between purchaser; Cynthia Cahill and seller; William Redmond Sr., Carol Naughton as administrator. The sale price was $210,000. • Lerner, along with Amjad Mughal of MJJ Realty brokered the sale of 683 Loudon Rd., Latham between purchaser; Mohammad Achtar and seller; Douglas Defries. The sale price was $400,000.
