Vanguard-Fine brokers multiple leases totaling 12,900 s/f and sales for $740,000

Vanguard-Fine, LLC arranged the following leases totaling 12,900 s/f and sales totaling $740,000: * Steven Lerner, Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered a two year lease between Hipnotic Ink and Country Ribbon Plaza. The 1,200 s/f store is located at 1702 Chrisler Ave., Rotterdam. * Lerner, Feinman and Brownell brokered a five year lease between TAO Enterprises, Inc. (DBA Lemondrop) and Delaware Plaza Associates. The 1,440 s/f store is located in Delaware Plaza, Delmar. * Christopher Farrell, Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered a five year lease between Care Team Medical Supply, LLC and Glen Development, LLC. The 1,660 s/f store is located in Glen Sq., Glenmont. * Lerner brokered a lease between Kodjo Aklassou Gana and Grab The Wheel, LLC. The 2,600 s/f garage is located at 1064 Catalyn St., Schenectady. * Lerner brokered a 10-year lease between The Zone Fitness Center, LLC and MSF Niskayuna, LLC. The 6,000 s/f center is located in Niskayuna Sq. Shopping Center, Niskayuna. * Lerner, Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 1.6 acres vacant land between the purchaser - Spruce Development LLC and the seller - Dagostino Building Blocks located at 1113 & 1121 Altamont Ave., Schenectady. The sale price was $165,000. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Tyler Culberson at NAI Platform brokered the sale of a property located at 198-214 Hoosick St., Troy, between the purchaser -Troy Realty, LLC and the seller - Cabe, LLC. The sale price was $575,000.
