Vanguard-Fine arranges three leases and one sale

Vanguard- Fine, LLC has completed three leases and one sale that include: * Ken Brownell, Barry Feinman and Gordon Heeps of Vanguard- Fine brokered a 20-year ground lease between Poughkeepsie Shopping Center, Inc. and Hudson River Community Credit Union. The credit union will be located in Kings Plaza. * Brownell and Feinman brokered a 10-year lease between RVST Wilton d.b.a. Five Guys Burger and Fries and R/H Rte. 50, LLC located in Wilton Plaza, Wilton. * Heeps brokered a five-year lease between Anytime Fitness and Poughkeepsie Shopping Center, Inc. at Kings Plaza. * Feinman and Brownell co-brokered the sale of 1419 Erie Blvd. in Schenectady. The sale was between Hoffman Car Wash and Fusco Properties.
