Barbara van Beuren, managing partner of Anbau Enterprises, a Manhattan-based developer of residential properties, was a featured speaker at the New York Summer Multifamily/Apartment Summit held at The McGraw Hill Executive Suite in Midtown Manhattan. van Beuren, along with a panel of her peers, presented guests with upcoming trends in modernizing multifamily design and construction, and shared her expertise on the sustainability attitudes of clients. She also shared at what point during the design process to start thinking about mechanical systems and what systems make sense for the development, as well as the types of environmentally thoughtful features that can be expected in upcoming multifamily projects.
