Valentino of ABS Partners Real Estate negotiates 417 s/f lease for Baranzelli Silk Surplus
ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC has completed a lease for Baranzelli Silk Surplus at 238 East 58th St.
ABS Partners managing director Dean Valentino represented Baranzelli Silk Surplus, marking the third deal on that block in the last 12 months.
The family-owned business is using the 417 s/f to carry a more limited inventory and to specialize in custom design work. The store is relocating from Third Ave., and is now in close proximity to buildings such as the Decorator and Design building.
"This company is right in the heart of relevant businesses for this industry," said Valentino. "This was a perfect opportunity for the owners to streamline their operations in a cost-effective way so that they could focus on building the company's online presence and interaction, while remaining in an area that is advantageous for their range of products."
