Upstate chapter of Appraisal Institute offers continuing education

Warwick, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calender for real estate appraisers for the remainder of 2016 for continuing education (CE).

The remaining courses include:

“Business Practices & Ethics” on September 16th for 5 or 7 hours in Utica;

• “Valuation by Comparison: Residential Analysis and Logic” on October 7th for 7 hours in Syracuse; and

• USPAP Update Course on November 11th for 7 hours in Utica.

The Appraisal Institute (AI) is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.
