UNIBETON and iCrete make clean technology partnership agreement
iCrete and UNIBETON Ready Mix, a concrete producer in the Arabian Gulf, launched an exclusive licensing agreement. Under the clean technology partnership agreement, UNIBETON, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, will use the iCrete System throughout all of its 22 plants in the region.
The iCrete System optimizes concrete design and production for quality and durability. The manufacture of Portland cement, the most common bonding agent in concrete, is second only to the burning of hydrocarbons as an industrial generator of carbon dioxide worldwide.
