A multi-year lease for 15,111 s/f of office and warehouse space located on 1 Interstate Ave. The space is to be used as offices, showroom and warehouse distribution center for a national HVAC supplier. Cory Tyksinski and Edward Bell of NAI Platform represented the landlord and the tenant was represented by Jim Harder of NAI Platform. Close proximity to the state's highway system and the unofficial center of the Capital Region were major factors in the tenant's decision to relocate in the facility. NAI Platform specializes in office, industrial, land, retail, investment, non-profit, and multifamily.
