Two Trees Management’s One Domino Square hits 70% sold

Brooklyn, NY Two Trees Management, a family-owned, Brooklyn-based real estate development firm, has reached 70% sold at One Domino Square, Williamsburg’s tallest and one of New York City’s fastest-selling residential building, and surpassed $300 million in sales.

Since launching sales in May 2024, 112 residences at One Domino Square have closed or entered contract. Among these transactions is the $7 million sale of Penthouse 3A, which holds the record for the most expensive sponsor sale in North Brooklyn history by price per s/f ($3,313), surpassing the previous record by nearly 9%. The building has claimed the title of New York City’s fastest-selling building for more months than any other new development since its launch.

On the heels of the record-setting Penthouse 3A closing in February, the building just listed the newest addition to the penthouse collection: Penthouse 3B. Listed for $5.75 million, Penthouse 3B is a 2,018 s/f 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with a 974 s/f wraparound terrace with East River and New York City skyline views.

“We’re steadily approaching sell-out at One Domino Square, a testament to the strong demand from buyers drawn to its thoughtful design, sweeping views, and unmatched amenities,” said Aaron Goed, sales director at One Domino Square. “That momentum speaks not only to the building itself, but to Domino Park and the surrounding waterfront neighborhood as one of New York City’s most sought-after and dynamic residential destinations.”

Designed inside and out by architect Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects, the pearlescent building features an iridescent porcelain façade that reflects the waterfront and natural light throughout the day, creating a dynamic, ever-changing presence on the New York City skyline. Inside, thoughtful open-plan interiors come to life with high-quality finishes, modern conveniences, and exceptional craftsmanship. Kitchens boast Caesarstone countertops, high-end Bosch appliances, and in most homes, spacious islands with a breakfast bar. Ceiling heights reach 11 ft., while windows frame views of the Manhattan skyline and waterfront, with select homes offering vistas of all five boroughs.

One Domino Square is home to 45,000 s/f and five floors of amenities designed for socializing, entertaining, and wellness, including an extensive aquatics center, resident lounges, a media room, a children’s playroom, a private dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and a BBQ grilling terrace. The aquatics include an indoor swimming pool and spa, cold plunge, hot tub, steam room, and sauna, as well as a heated outdoor pool overlooking Manhattan to rejuvenate the mind and body in a setting unlike anywhere else in New York City. Renters and owners also live right above Domino Park and Domino Square, which is programmed throughout the year and transforms into a waterfront ice skating rink in the winter months.
