Brooklyn, NY Two Trees Management, a Brooklyn-based, family-owned real estate development firm, has launched sales at One Domino Square, the third ground-up residential skyscraper at the Domino Sugar Factory site along the Williamsburg waterfront. Located at 8 South 4th St., the 39-story mixed-use condominium tower designed by celebrated New York architecture firm Selldorf Architects will provide residents with amenities, views of the city, access to Domino Park, and the opportunity to live in Williamsburg neighborhood. Residents will move in starting in the fall.

Selldorf’s first residential skyscraper, One Domino Square is recognizable with its iridescent, porcelain-clad façade, which is juxtaposed with the industrial character of the nearby Refinery at Domino. The 39-story condo tower to the north, as well as an adjacent 55-story rental tower to the south, comprise the 700,000 s/f One Domino Square complex, which is connected by a seven-story podium at its base. The podium will include 12,000 s/f of ground-floor retail, and 45,000 s/f of amenities across five floors.

One Domino Square is part of Two Trees’ effort to redevelop the 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory site just north of the Williamsburg Bridge into a mixed-use neighborhood complete with office and residential space, public open space, popular food and beverage offerings and retail. One Domino Square is the latest building added to the historic site, following the opening of: class A office building, Refinery at Domino in 2023; fully-leased office building 10 Grand St. in 2020; residential building One South First in 2019, award-winning six-acre public Domino Park in June 2018; and residential building 325 Kent in 2017.

“We are thrilled to bring this truly unique condo offering to the market in Williamsburg,” said Jed Walentas, principal of Two Trees Management. “At One Domino Square, buyers will enjoy unparalleled design and amenities within the building while also being steps from a beloved neighborhood park, a variety of fantastic retail options, and diverse dining and entertainment options.”

“As the condominiums at One Domino Square make their market debut, we’re extremely proud of the contribution that the buildings will make to the city at large,” said Annabelle Selldorf, principal of Selldorf Architects. “The porcelain-clad towers, with their iridescent pearl-like surface, stand out but at the same time blend seamlessly with the waterfront. Our focus at One Domino Square is creating visually striking buildings which contribute to the larger neighborhood and the New York City skyline in dialogue with the Williamsburg Bridge, the East River and beyond, and also on creating great living spaces in the apartments and amenities alike to serve the residents.”

Prospective buyers can choose from 160 condominiums for sale, ranging from one to three bedrooms ranging from 700 s/f to 2,700 s/f. The condo tower will have six three-bedroom penthouses. Residences start at $1.25 million for a one-bedroom and $3 million for a three-bedroom. The homes feature 10 ft. ceilings, airy interiors, light oak flooring and specially designed tilt-and-turn, noise-canceling windows that maximize the skyline views.

The building’s position on the southernmost end of the site has quick bridge access to lower Manhattan and the South Williamsburg ferry stop.

The outdoor amenities include three terraces – one with a landscaped lounge, heated outdoor pool and sundeck overlooking Domino Park, and one with a central lawn, eight semi-private entertaining areas with furnishings and equipment for grilling.

For indoor amenities, there is an aquatics center with a heated indoor swimming pool, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, hydrotherapy spa, poolside private showers with dedicated locker rooms, and treatment rooms for massage. Other wellness-focused amenities include a health club and fitness center with a group fitness movement studio and a yoga studio.

For socializing and entertaining, the building offers multiple resident lounges with fireplaces, a media room with a wet bar, a coffee bar, a table game lounge, a library lounge, an open air solarium, and a social lounge with billiards, table tennis, and foosball. The building features a river view co-working space with dedicated WiFi, library seating, group work and collaboration rooms, and private conference booths for private phone calls or virtual meetings.

The building will also offer a bike entrance with access to a bike storage room, a 24-hour front desk concierge, and a package room with cold storage. Residents of the complex will also have access to Domino Square, a new one-acre programmable park adjacent to the building, which is slated to open in fall 2024.
