Two Trees leases a total of 3,246 s/f at 55 Washington Street, DUMBO
Cazarch, LID Design Collaborative, Stacey McGarity, and Valerie Schweitzer Design all signed new leases in Two Trees Management's property at 55 Washington St. in DUMBO totaling 3,246 s/f.
Cazarch, Inc., an architecture firm focusing on landscaping and urban design, has leased 1,801 s/f.
Another architecture and design firm to move to the property is LID Design Collaborative, LLC, who leased 857 s/f.
Acquisitions for the Home, a full service interior design studio based in Columbus, Ohio, has expanded to New York with interior designer Stacey McGarity's lease of 388 s/f.
Architect Valerie Schweitzer, whose Valerie Schweitzer Design, LLC, architectural design company has leased 200 s/f.
Caroline Pardo represented Two Trees for the Cazarch, LID Design Collaborative and Stacey McGarity leases; Elizabeth Cottrill represented Two Trees with the Valerie Schweitzer Design.
