A new authentic Japanese restaurant will be opening its doors very soon, after an 8 month renovation to 3,500 s/f of space at Sheridan Center. Eric Tudor of Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian brokered the lease. The new restaurant will be known as Taisho Bistro Japanese Restaurant, owned is Andy Huang. The food will be authentic and one of a kind to our area but also, almost every inch of the restaurant's interior renovation is hand-made.
