Tudor and Collins of Tudor Collins Commercial broker seven leases totaling 27,579 s/f

North Tonawanda, NY Co-owners Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins of Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate have completed the following deals:

Jacobs Ladder, a specialty high-end ladder-type cardio machine manufacturer, has outgrown their leased space, and has purchased the 35,000 s/f former distribution center situated on 10 acres at 6292 Walmore Rd. in Wheatfield, for $800,000. The equipment that Jacobs Ladder manufactures and distributes is used by professional sports teams, division one universities, The FBI, The military, as well as in fitness centers and health clubs.

Tudor and Collins also sold (for the 3rd time in 10 years), an 8,000 s/f flex building on 1 acre at 171 Creekside Dr. in Amherst to a private developer for $412,500. The seller, JAGG Electrical, has outgrown the building in the 3 years since they owned it, and are in the process of purchasing a 2.5 acre parcel to build a large enough building to handle any future expansion.

Tudor and Collins also represented a Canadian Internet merchandise specialist in finding a new U.S. address and a 4,800 s/f warehouse to lease in Uniland’s Interstate Commerce Center in Tonawanda.

In addition to the above, Tudor and Collins also leased 1,434 s/f of office space to Frenkel Benefits, also with Uniland Development, at 100 Corporate Pwy. in Amherst. As well as 1,530 s/f of office space to Recovery by NRG, LLC at 4295 Harris Hill Rd.

In Elma, Tudor and Collins also leased 5,400 s/f of office space to VITEC Solutions, in a newly-converted 211,000 s/f former Motorola research and development facility, which is also home to Seneca Mortgage Servicing, Jamison Catering Company and American Technologies, LLC.

3600 Escape LLC signed a lease for 1,250 s/f at 1645 Hertel Ave. for Western New York’s real-life escape room.

Rounding out the first quarter activity, Tudor and Collins completed two leases with Benderson Development Co.; one for 3,000 s/f of office space at 6040 North Bailey to Avalonix, an e-commerce company for computers, security products and related items; the other for 10,165 s/f of warehouse and distribution space out of the Broadway Development Park, to Core Mark International, working for the 2nd time with national brokerage, Lee & Associates.
