Nelson of Troy Kitchen expanding to downtown Albany with 4,500 s/f food hall; Redburn Development is property owner

Albany, NY According to Cory Nelson, owner of Troy Kitchen, the company is expanding by opening a sister food hall at 55 Columbia, Albany Kitchen. The property owner is Redburn Development, who will be spending $700,000 to renovate and outfit the new space.

The new food hall will total 4,500 s/f on two floors, made up of eight food stalls, which will be leased to independent restaurant operators. Each operator will have its own kitchen space. Albany Kitchen will feature a bar and performance stage, as well as outdoor seating eventually.
