TRITEC leases 3,229 s/f to Stewart Title at 100 Motor Parkway; Arranged by Ruiz of JLL

TRITEC Real Estate Co., Inc. has signed a long-term lease with Stewart Title Insurance Co. for 3,229 s/f on the 5th floor of 100 Motor Pwy. Ray Ruiz of JLL represented 100 Motor Pwy. The design of the remodeled space was done by Ed Farrell of Nemschick Silverman Architects and will be constructed by TRITEC. The tenant is expected to take occupancy late in the 2nd quarter of this year. Rob Kent, VP for TRITEC, said, "Stewart Title is a global title insurance company that has been operating for more than 100 years. TRITEC has a long business relationship with Stewart and we could not be more pleased that they chose to move to 100 Motor Pwy. We have recently renewed a full floor tenant in the building and we want to make sure we continue to fill the remaining available suites with the highest quality tenants." 100 Motor Pwy. is a class A 204,000 s/f office buildings located on 19.6 acres at the gateway to the Hauppauge Industrial Park. The building is ideally situated just north of the Long Island Expressway (I-495). With an entrance and exit from the west bound service road directly opposite the entrance to the property, there is literally only one traffic light between 100 Motor Pwy. and Manhattan. The building has unobstructed frontage on the Long Island Expressway and provides first class amenities that include a cafeteria, exercise and conferencing facilities, a bank branch and an abundance of parking.
