Manhattan Skyline Management signs 3,030 s/f lease; Tenant represented by Glazer of Ripco Real Estate

According to Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., ProHEALTH Care Associates has leased space for a ProHEALTH Urgent Care Center at 247 Walt Whitman Rd. ProHEALTH Care Associates, a multi-specialty physician group practice, is expanding their brand and this will be one of their first new urgent care-centers. "Urgent care centers are a great asset to the community," said Joshua Roth, vice president of retail leasing at Manhattan Skyline. "We are proud to facilitate the opening of the ProHEALTH Urgent Care Center at this location, which accepts all walk-ins. It will provide patients with high quality and convenient health care." The 10-year lease is for a free standing 3,030 s/f ground floor retail space with its own on-site parking, 12-ft. ceilings and 67 ft. of frontage on Walt Whitman Rd. The facility will benefit from the Rte. 110 location across from the Walt Whitman Mall. The space was formerly a Pearle Vision store. Neighboring tenants include high-end department stores Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales in the Walt Whitman Mall. Best Buy, The Cheesecake Factory, Destination Maternity, Vitamin Shoppe and Sam Ash are also nearby. Dan Glazer of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant.
