TRITEC and the Shoppes at New Village complete two leases totaling 3,200 s/f
New Village at Patchogue - Patchogue, NYPatchogue, NY According to the Shoppes at New Village and TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc. two leases totaling 3,200 s/f have been completed at the property. New Village at Patchogue is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development.
In the first lease, Artisan Kaiser has signed a lease for 2,100 s/f of retail space on the Village Green. Artisan Kaiser is a limited menu, bakery style café. Schuckman Realty represented New Village and TRITEC. Artisan Kaiser is expected to take occupancy in late spring.
In the second deal, Say More Boutique has signed a lease for 1,100 s/f of retail space on Havens Ave. Schuckman represented New Village and TRITEC. The boutique is expected to take occupancy in this spring.
