Trion Real Estate Management visits Sprague Resources energy facility

Trion Real Estate Management visits Sprague Resources LLC’s facility.

Bronx, NY Trion Real Estate Management visited Sprague Resources LLC’s facility where shipments of oil are received, analyzed and stored prior to shipping to properties. The site visit is part of Trion’s dedication to stay on top of the latest technology and continued training for its staff.  Executives, property managers and many superintendents of the Trion team were present for a full day of tours and training. “Over the years we have developed many relationships with local energy vendors and, due to this, Sprague invited us into their facility. We are thankful for the insight and were very impressed with their professionalism” said Carmelo Milio, CPM, president of Trion Real Estate Management and Holdings.

“We put great emphasis on working with professional vendors and the visit has helped us get a better understanding of many of the behind the scenes regulations and protocols that go into producing a gallon of oil at their state of the art facility,” he said. “At Trion, we feel that all our team members should have continued education and a major focus of the visit was not only the understanding of how the product is handled but we also received training and tips on how boilers function and how they should be maintained to run our properties efficiently.”

Jeff Foster, senior account executive of Sprague together with his Engineers toured the Trion Team in their facility and showed them how the oil is carefully tested after getting it brought in from ships and the many rigorous steps it must take before getting it delivered to the buildings. Sprague is one of the largest independent suppliers of energy and materials handling services in the Northeast.
