Toledano of Brookhill Properties, LLC adds 332 East 9th Street to its portfolio; Assisted by Edery of Paradigm

Manhattan, NY Raphael Toledano, president of Brookhill Properties, LLC, a premier NY-based real estate investment company, has expanded Brookhill Properties’ portfolio with the acquisition 332 East 9th St. in the East Village.

Built in 1920, 332 East 9th St. consists of five stories, comprised of 9,546 s/f with 20 residential units and two commercial spaces. The building was acquired from the Tabak Family Reality Co. and no outside broker was involved.

“The 332 East 9th St. building is located in a prime and popular area and I am thrilled to expand the Brookhill Properties New York City real estate portfolio with this acquisition.  Brookhill is dedicated to providing the best service to both our residential and commercial tenants and we are looking forward to our ownership of this property,” said Toledano.

Paradigm Commercial Real Estate LLC, a full service commercial mortgage firm established in 1999, assisted Brookhill in the 332 East 9th St. transaction.
