Timoney elected president of the LI chapter of the Appraisal Institute for 2013

John Timoney, MAI of Nassau County has been elected president of the Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute for the Year 2013. Serving Nassau and Suffolk counties of Long Island, the chapter encourages local real estate appraisers to earn Appraisal Institute professional membership designations and provides appraisal education. Timoney is president of Key Evaluations and a lifelong resident of Oceanside. Timoney, who earned his MAI in 1994 has been a member of the chapter's executive board since 2009. In addition, he has served the Long Island chapter as education chair, program chair and treasurer.
