Time Equities purchases 60,000 s/f for $8 million

New York-based Time Equities Inc. (TEI) has purchased Cambridge Sq., a 60,000 s/f retail property, located at 4801-4811 Edgemont Ave. for $8 million. Luis Cozza of Time Equities represented the buyer while Mark Berk of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller, Millhaven, LLC, in the purchase. The shopping center is located across from Colonial Mall Macon and is currently 92% occupied. Founded in 1966, privately-held Time Equities Inc. (TEI) has been in the real estate investment, development and asset & property management business for more than 40 years. With properties in 26 states, four Canadian provinces and Germany, the TEI portfolio consists of approximately 20.4 million square feet of residential, industrial, office and retail property.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
