Time Equities acquires 9,314 s/f Jersey City retail condo for $2.85 million
Time Equities, Inc. (TEI) has completed the $2.85 million acquisition of a 9,314 s/f ground-floor retail condominium at 389 Washington St. RKF arranged the sale of the unit located in the heart of Jersey City's Power Station Arts District.
The project's developer, GTIS Partners, was represented by Fishman, as well as executive vice president Barry Fishbach, director Brian Segall, and Analyst Jonathan Butwin. Time Equities was represented in-house by Pulling and Hy Schermer.
