The Boulder Group has completed the sale of a single tenant net leased Walgreens property located at 2903 North Hwy. 17 for $7.375 million.
Walgreens is the sole occupant of the 14,500 s/f retail building that was developed in 2011.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the buyer; a 1031 exchange investor based in Chicago, in the transaction. The seller was a southeast based developer.
