Embelesar118's Orlando Marin, Dianne Howard and developer Sara Herbstman celebrated another addition to the neighborhood at the ribbon cutting ceremony for Hunter College's Lois V. and Samuel J. Silberman School of Social Work, across the street from the new cooperative development at 152 East 118th St.
