* 56 Harrison St., New Rochelle: NYCRG represented the tenant, The Wartburg Group, in an office lease for 4,000 s/f and was the sole broker.
* 75 Calvert St., Harrison: NYCRG represented the tenant, Interstate Fire & Safety, in a long-term flex lease for 7,400 s/f. Scott Benson of Benson Commercial Realty represented the landlord.
