Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group, celebrates with Voza Rivers, vice president of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce (GHCC) and executive producer of the New Heritage Theatre Group, following her official appointment as co-chair of Arts & Culture for the world-renowned chamber of commerce.
