Thrasher and Hunt of HUNT Commercial lease 17,348 s/f for Pegula Sports & Entertainment

HUNT Commercial's Clarke Thrasher and Peter Hunt recently and exclusively represented Pegula Sports & Entertainment in their short-term lease of office space at One Seneca Tower (formerly known as One HSBC Center). Pegula Sports & Entertainment has leased 17,348 rentable s/f of the 850,000 s/f 40-story iconic downtown office building which is currently 99% vacant and in court appointed receivership. The PS&E leased space comprises almost the entire 31st floor which was last occupied by the Canadian Consulate and vacated by them in late August 2013. Other terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed, but the space is believed to be utilized for transition of employment and training into the Pegula's new HARBORcenter complex as it becomes completed. HUNT Commercial is a full-service commercial real estate firm providing real estate brokerage and consulting services throughout Upstate N.Y.
