The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s CE schedule for 2016

Rochester, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calendar for real estate appraisers for the remainder of 2016 for continuing education (CE).  The Appraisal Institute (AI) is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world. The remaining courses include the USPAP Update Course for 7 hours on April 15 in Rochester; Real Estate Finance, Value, and Investment Performance for 7 hours on May 10 in Syracuse;   Case Studies for 7 hours on June 10 in Canandaigua;  Business Practices & Ethics on September 16 for 5 or 7 hours in Utica; Valuation by Comparison: Residential Analysis and Logic on October 7 for 7 hours in Syracuse;  and the USPAP Update Course on November 11 for 7 hours in Utica.
