D’Amore and Kalet of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid broker sale; 122 Business Park Drive - sold on behalf of First Niagara

Utica, NY The professional office building located at 122 Business Park Dr. has a new owner. The property sold to ADHD & Autism Psychological Services and Advocacy, an agency that specializes in providing state-of-the-science assessment, treatment, educational, and advocacy services for persons with emotional, behavioral, social and academic difficulties. First Niagara Realty LLC sold the 18,315 s/f building situated on 2.2 acres in December 2015. Jeffrey D’Amore and Michael Kalet of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company began marketing the property for sale in May 2015 and facilitated the sale on behalf of First Niagara Realty LLC. ADHD & Autism Psychological Services and Advocacy will be relocating their offices from New York Mills to this location and will be occupying 6,000 s/f. They will share the building with co-tenants Ascent Wealth Partners, M.A. Polce Consulting, and Pearson Education. D’Amore will be the Exclusive Agent representing the remaining 4,500 s/f vacancy available for lease.
