The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute remainder 2013 education calendar

The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calender for real estate appraisers again for the remainder of 2013. The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world. The remaining course schedule includes the Course 420-Business Practices and Ethics on September 18th in Utica; Appraising the Appraisal-Appraisal Review (General & Residential) on October 10th in Utica; Valuation of Cell Towers and Mineral Rights Valuation Part II on October 24th in Syracuse; 7 hour USPAP Update Course on November 8th in Utica. The courses in the first half of 2013 were well attended including the Marketability Studies- The Six Steps Process & Basic Applications; 7 hour USPAP Update Course, and the ever popular Case Studies in the Valuation of Upstate NY Real Estate.
