The Moinian Group inks 3,000 s/f renewal with Oden Technologies at 10 West 18th St.

Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group have signed a 3,000 s/f lease renewal with Oden Technologies, at 10 West 18th St. in the Flatiron district. The company will continue to utilize its 5th floor space at the building for its office operations.

Gabriel Whitman, vice president of leasing at The Moinian Group represented the landlord (The Moinian Group). The tenant (Oden Tech.) was represented by Colliers.

Recently, The Moinian Group facilitated 18,000 s/f of leases across five of the properties with Kids at Work, LineLeap, Yinova Management Company, PlayPlay and Tej Beauty Enterprises, Inc.
