The Moinian Group unveils location of the new W Hotel & Residences sales office at 123 Washington St.

"The Moinian Group, an owner of more than 20 million s/f of office, residential, retail and hotel properties throughout the U.S. and abroad, has unveiled the sales office of the mixed use development, the new W. Hotel & Residences sales office which is located at 123 Washington St.," said Elad Dror, director of residential assets. Located at 90 West St., on the corner of Albany St., the sales office includes the opportunity to walk through rooms of model homes that feature the furniture, fixtures, appliances and design sensibility of the W Hotel brand. The W Hotel and Residences project is a 58 story, 400,000 s/f mixed use development consisting of a 217 key W Hotel. Plans include a full service restaurant and bar with outdoor café, meeting rooms and fitness amenities. The floors will contain 223 units.
