Buslik of Adams & Co. brokers 5,000 s/f lease at 72 Madison Ave.

Adams & Co. Real Estate has completed a transaction for a 10 year 5,000 s/f lease at 72 Madison Ave. for music management company Gold Village Entertainment, Inc. The space will be used for their executive offices. Gold Village Entertainment is a music based company founded by Danny Goldberg, who has run several major record labels including Atlantic Records, Warner Brothers Records, Mercury Records and Artemis Records. Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant. Andy Udis and Mike Dreizen of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. Though the details were undisclosed, asking rents were $48 per s/f. The 12 story property is located one black from Madison Sq. Park and boasts on-site security and a renovated lobby. "The Madison Sq. area is the perfect location for this high-profile music company," said Buslik
