The Moinian Group inks 4,500 s/f lease with Teremana Tequila

Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group signed a 4,500 s/f, five-year lease with Siete Bucks Spirits, the producer of Teremana Tequila, a New York-based, small batch tequila company founded by Dwayne Johnson at 245 Fifth Ave. in the Nomad neighborhood. Teremana will utilize its new space for the company’s U.S. office operations upon move-in into a temporary space in Q1 2024 while the landlord builds out their permanent space.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Ron LoRusso, Pierce Hance, Harley Dalton and Peter Kerans represented the landlord. Yossi Capland of Compass represented the tenant.

Founded in 2020 by Dwayne Johnson, Teremana Tequila is a super-premium, hand-crafted, small-batch tequila that is made in the Jalisco Highlands region of Mexico. Distilled at the family owned Destilería, Teremana de Agave and imported by Siesta Bucks Spirits, Teremana is dedicated to creating high-quality, responsibly sourced tequila that brings people together.

Upon move-in, Teremana will join the property’s existing and esteemed roster of current tenants operating within the space including Valley National Bank, Wednesday, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Elite Models.
