The Long Island Commercial Network begins work on its website

Come visit the new Long Island Commercial Network (LICN) website when looking for a property. LICN has been improving their website and is hoping to complete the revamp of the site within the next two months. The site has been designed to be a one stop shop for all Long Island commercial real estate. In this case Long Island includes Brooklyn and Queens. We have links on the site to solve issues that generally arise when dealing with real estate such as zoning laws, environmental, taxes etc. We also have links to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. It has been a great asset as it serves as a free marketing tool for our members. Each member can post all of their listings and view the listings available from their colleagues to help fill their needs. They get inquiries about their properties and generate new business opportunities. The site is directed at the public to bring in new business. It generally appears on the first page in most search engines when someone makes a generic search for commercial properties or related searches. One can search by location or property type. Businesses are also available with the same search options.
