The Feil Organization signs two leases totaling 25,500 s/f at 257 Park Ave. South

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization signed two long-term leases totaling 25,500 s/f at 257 Park Ave. South.

The two leases include:

• AngelList, a fintech company, will occupy the 18th floor, spanning 12,900 s/f.

• Options Group, a global executive search and consulting firm, leased the 7th floor, totaling 12,600 s/f.

AngelList was represented by Jonathan Franzel of Newmark, and Options Group was represented by Sam Seiler and Patrick Moroney of CBRE. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener and Robert Fisher.

“Welcoming AngelList and Options Group to 257 Park Ave. South reinforces the leasing momentum of Park Ave. South as a premier neighborhood for high-growth companies,” said Wiener. “Their commitments enhance the asset’s dynamic tenant roster and reflect the unmatched quality of office space we are proud to offer.”

257 Park Ave. South, also known as the Gramercy Park Building, is in the Flatiron District/Union Square/Gramercy Park neighborhood. Situated at the corner of 21st St., the 20-story art deco building offers views of Midtown-South and is surrounded by a variety of commercial businesses and a neighborhood. The 238,000 s/f building will soon feature brand new elevators, new storefronts and entryway, along with a renovated security desk. Feil owns two other commercial assets in the same vicinity, including 250 and 251 Park Ave. South.
