Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization signed a long-term, 13,716 s/f lease with Movable Ink at 841 Bdwy., also known as the Roosevelt Building. This lease brings the property to full occupancy.

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Weiner, Rob Fisher, and Henry Korzec. Movable Ink was represented by Peter Trivelas, Chris Helgesen, Dirk Hrobsky, and Gary Ceder of Cushman & Wakefield.

“We’re proud to achieve the lease up of 841 Bdwy. with marketing software firm Movable Ink,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at The Feil Organization. “Through the appeal of our pre-build program, we’ve been able to attract another premier company into our innovative tenant roster at the building, driven by our ability to cater to the individual needs of all our tenants.”

The latest lease deal with Movable Ink highlights the resounding success of Feil’s pre-built program, which features intricate design features such as brick walls, high ceilings, glass tag walls and wood flooring throughout.

“Our client was looking for an office space that was not only highly accessible, but also offered the potential for scalable growth. Having previously collaborated with The Feil Organization, we knew this space would be a great fit for Movable, positioning the company for continued success,” said  Peter Trivelas of Cushman & Wakefield.
