The Feil Organization names Korzec as associate director of commercial leasing

Henry Korzec

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization said that Henry Korzec will join the firm as associate director of commercial leasing. He will amplify leasing efforts for the firm’s New York City office portfolio, which includes 17 properties and spans over five million s/f across the five boroughs.

“Feil is incredibly excited to welcome Henry to the team at a time when we are witnessing increased activity across our New York City portfolio,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization. “The growth of our team with high-quality hires goes hand in hand with our investment strategy of building long-term relationships with tenants by constantly improving our firm and assets.”

Prior to joining Feil, Korzec was a senior advisor as a member of the founding team for the Raise Commercial Real Estate NYC office, a full-service commercial brokerage with a focus on high-growth technology companies. Before co-founding the Raise NYC office, Korzec was with Cushman & Wakefield for three years as a business development associate on the technology and media practice group team. Throughout his tenure in tenant representation, Korzec has sourced and serviced more than 200,000 s/f of transactions.

“It is an honor to join a firm that is widely recognized across New York and beyond for its stellar reputation and stature,” said Korzec. “I look forward to working closely with the leasing team to further Feil’s leasing momentum and continue their legacy of outstanding tenant satisfaction.”

Recently, the firm announced capital improvement plans at Garden City Center in Long Island and 7 Penn Plaza in Manhattan, reinstating its faith in the longevity of the New York office market and its commitment to providing office space of the highest quality. In early June, Feil signed a five-year, 7,896 s/f lease with First Look Media across the entire 10th floor at 853 Broadway.
