The Feil Co. signs Extend Fertility at 200 West 57th

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization said that Extend Fertility, LLC has signed a 3,200 s/f expansion and long-term lease extension at 200 West 57th St., bringing its total occupancy to 14,600 s/f for an additional 15 years.

John Fitzsimons of Cushman & Wakefield represented Extend Fertility. Andrew Wiener and Kevin Driscoll represented The Feil Organization in-house.

“We’re proud to continue our partnership with Extend Fertility, LLC as they grow their presence at 200 West 57th St.,” said Wiener. “Their expansion and long-term commitment are a testament to the quality of the location and the spaces we provide.”

Located at the southwest corner of Seventh Ave., 200 West 57th St. is a 16-story landmark office building featuring boutique-style space. With European architecture, the property benefits from its setting near Carnegie Hall and Central Park, as well as retail and dining options nearby.
