The Brodsky Org.'s. Plank Rd. is fully leased

Brooklyn, NY According to The Brodsky Organization, Plank Rd., one of the latest residential developments, is 100 percent leased. Offering well-located rentals, a full suite of amenities and incredible views — coupled with peak market demand — the 27-story, 312-unit luxury rental building has fully leased its market-rate apartments. This is a special milestone as Brodsky completed Plank Rd. during the pandemic and finished leasing just seven months after receiving its first temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO).

“This is a major achievement for Plank Rd. and our team,” said Alexander Brodsky of The Brodsky Organization. “To be able to fully lease the building in just seven months is proof of the high demand for high-quality apartments, first-class amenities and a prime location, all of which Plank Rd. offers.”

Designed by Marvel, Plank Rd. offers studios to two-bedrooms, with 94 set aside as affordable units. It will also be home to a future public middle school at the base of the building. Residents were quickly drawn to the open floor plans, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, state-of-the-art appliances and views of the surrounding neighborhood and beyond. This, in addition to a full suite of amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, lounge with outdoor terrace and a children’s playroom.
