The Brodsky Org. develops family friendly Chelsea Enclave

At Chelsea Enclave, a new residence quickly rising in the heart of Chelsea, developer The Brodsky Organization is taking great care to ensure that families will thrive in its comfortable, kid-friendly environment. "When we planned the building at Chelsea Enclave, we made it one of our priorities to create a family friendly environment where people with kids of all ages would be comfortable residing," said Dean Amro, a partner at The Brodsky Organization and the father of two young sons. "In Manhattan, it's almost impossible to find a home with huge outdoor expanses where kids can run and play, and that's exactly what we have here!" Set on the expansive grounds of The General Theological Seminary, the oldest seminary in the United States, Chelsea Enclave was designed by renowned Polshek Partnership Architects. Once the homes at Chelsea Enclave are open, residents will be delighted to find apple seeds, the all-in-one children's play space, right in the building. Families will also enjoy fabulous outdoor spaces, including a lush, private roof lounge with spectacular city views touting a children's play area, plus a sundeck and a dining area with a built-in barbeque with plenty of room for entertaining. A 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, a live-in superintendent, private storage, and on-site parking are all amenities guaranteed to make family life comfortable and pleasurable. Centrally located Chelsea Enclave is just blocks from Chelsea Piers, with its golf range, bowling alleys, skating rinks, swimming pool, batting cages, and rock climbing. Nearby parks include the brand-new High Line one block away and Hudson River Park, with its biking and jogging path and spectacular river views. The neighborhood is infused with a mix of superb dining, quaint cafes, and trendy boutiques, all within walking distance of the Hudson River. Chelsea Enclave is around the corner from the C, E, and 1 train, and a five-minute walk to the New Jersey Path Train along with the F, V, R, and W train lines. The entrance to the West Side Highway is only four blocks from Chelsea Enclave - easy access for a quick getaway or a trip to the country. Chelsea Enclave boasts an elegant lobby with terrazzo floors, bordered by Gascogne Beige limestone, and framed with Anigre wood walls. Individual homes consist of one to four-bedroom homes, ranging from 882 to 3,452 s/f, outfitted with European wide-plank "fumed" white oak flooring, high ceilings, a truly custom-crafted kitchen, a premium array of state-of-luxury appliances, and zoned central air-conditioning. "State-of-the-art" telecommunications-FIOS and cable are pre-wired. Interiors include gourmet kitchens boasting custom white oak cabinetry with under cabinet lightning, Absolute Black granite countertops with water brushed finish, stainless steel sinks with garbage disposals and Grohe Minta faucets, Bosch dishwashers, Wolf stainless steel gas stoves with fully-vented hoods, and Sub-Zero refrigerators and wine coolers with dual temperature controls.
