Queens, NY TF Cornerstone (TFC) negotiated a new lease signing with Somedays Bakery at the ground floor of their 4630 Center Blvd. property in the Long Island City neighborhood. The bakery, known for their baked goods and coffee, will be opening its doors at this location next April, marking its second location in Long Island City.
Representing TFC, Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen and Thomas Galo of Winick Realty Group assisted Somedays Bakery’s new 800 s/f, 15 year lease. This deal marks the first Somedays Bakery location within TFC’s portfolio.
Eddie Mamiye of MOD Commercial Realty, representing Somedays Bakery, worked directly with Winick Realty Group (TFC representative) to secure the deal.
