TF Cornerstone's 4545 Center Blvd. is now 100% leased

TF Cornerstone's 4545 Center Blvd., a 41-story, 820-unit waterfront property, is now 100% leased. Leasing activity at the tower has been swift since it began June 1, 2013. Families and young couples flocked to the building, which offers iconic city views and more amenity space than any other Long Island City property.
